After 212 years of independence, today,
in Haiti, most of its infrastructure functioned in a primitive modality, and
furthermore, even the result of a simply democratic-presidential election
cannot be held peacefully and credibly. Is not this an absolute disgrace?
In all this, three important questions
supposedly need to be asked and also deserve to be elaborated on thoroughly:
How could successful development and
function of infrastructures prevail in Haiti, meanwhile the country it is
subordinated by, brutal imperialism of the United States, is careless to it and
has no meaningful interests whatsoever in it?
How could democracy function properly
or be successful in Haiti that is dominated by brutal imperialism of the United
States, which democracy only exists and practices in its own territory, but
internationally it always presents itself as an advocator of democracy, and in
fact, it is always the contrary of democracy?
And additionally, how could successful
democracy and development and function of infrastructures prevail in Haiti, which
was born along with its corruptly bureaucratic system?
The heavy corruption in the Haitian
bureaucracy has become a doctrine. And it is in this realm of doctrinal
corruption all Haiti’s underdeveloped infrastructure and governmental and
political instabilities, calamity, burden and misery are laid, since the time of
its birth to the present time.
Most of the time, the lacks of selves’
interests and or opportunities are the main factors that cause certain Haitians
have taken positions to strongly criticize the bureaucratic corruption that
exists in any current Haiti’s government.
For the most part, such criticizing has
never been based upon a heartily patriotic or nationalistic manner. For
instance, it is as though most of those particular Haitian criticizers have
been crying for being missed the opportunities of good fortunes.
Somehow in reality, they have been
crying for being missed the opportunities of good fortunes on the pretexts of
being heartily patriotic or nationalistic Haitians. However, deeply in their
hearts, they are just being ironic toward Haiti and the majority Haitians that
live in dense poverty in Haiti.
In fact, if tomorrow lucky breaks could
have come forth in those particular Haitian criticizers’ lives, they would
become leaders or officials in the Haiti’s government, they would scheme
Haiti’s bureaucracy, just as the all past and present corrupt Haitian leaders
or officials had/have been doing.
Furthermore and emphatically, Haiti has
been under the dominance of brutal imperialism of the United States since 1915.
Meaning, ever since the post period of invasion or occupation, in 1934, the
dominance of the United States toward Haiti has been strengthened day by day
It is the United States that pivots the
banking, political and governmental systems of Haiti (institutional systems).
The United States has been fully aware of the heavy corruption that exists in
the Haitian system of bureaucracy.
But the reality, the United States has
no need to serve as an astuteness, so as to help ceasing the heavy corruption
in the Haitian bureaucracy. In another term, it indirectly empowers the
corruptionists in the Haitian bureaucracy…
The forbearance of the United States on
heavy corruption in the Haitian bureaucracy has been served as a proxy for its
imperialism along with its imperial allies, so as to control, manipulate and
sabotage Haiti’s institutional systems, whenever it wants to...
On whatever occasion the imperial United
States wants to carry out a manipulation or sabotage in the Haiti’s
institutional systems in the interest of its diplomatic relations with Haiti,
it always passes through Haiti’s heavily corrupt bureaucracy to achieve the
goals of its diplomatic interests.
The minimally patriotic Haitians in poor
Haiti have two options to set Haiti free from this daily calamity and living
hell that the imperial United States and Haitian bureaucracy have created
within it for over two centuries:
Either by the group sectors that
control the educational, economical and political systems have heartily
recollected their consciousness toward Haiti’s dense poverty or by the rise of
a cultural revolution through a nationalistic leader along with the followers of
that leader… And emphatically, these two options are not impossible to turn
into realities in the Haitian society.
If the sectors that control Haiti’s
educational, economical and political systems take the Cuban leaders, Fidel and
Raroul Castro, as instances, in terms of being true Cuban patriots, which
propel them to always combatting and resisting the influence of and any
conspiracy by imperialism against the Cuban government, they can combat and
resist the influence of and any conspiracy by imperialism against the Haitian
government as well…
Furthermore, in Haiti, if the sectors
that monopolize the domains of educations, economics and politics take their
neighbor, the Dominican Republic, has an instance, in terms of how the
Dominican politicians and citizens are so patriotic toward their country, heavy
corruption in the Haitian bureaucracy can be ameliorated or ceased to exist,
someday.
The calamity, burden and misery of
Haiti derive from the sectors that monopolize the sectors of educations,
economics and politics within it. The majority members of such sectors are
extremely corrupt and wicked Haitians.
So as those particular Haitians are the
creators of Haiti’s daily pain and destruction, thereby they are the ones, if
they recollect their conscience toward the depraved state of Haiti, who can
cure, convert and construct Haiti into the realm of progress…
